    ٤٣٢٠ - الشيخ الفاضل محمد بن بدر بن عبد العزيز، أبو بكر، القاضي، المصري * ذكره الإمام الحافظ عبد القادر القرشي في "الجواهر"، وقال: مولده أربع وستين ومائتين. تفقّه على أبي جعفر الطحاوى، وكتب الحديث. حدّث بكتاب "الغريب" لأبي عبيد عن على بن عبد العزيز. كتب عنه أبو سعيد بن يونس. وكان أبوه من "الروم" صيرفيا خلَّف لمحمد مائة ألف دينار عينا سوى المتاع وغيرها. ولم يكن له وارث غيره. مات سنة ثلاثين وثلاثمائة. وكان قاضيا بـ"مصر"، ثم عزل، ثم تولّى، ثم عزل، ثم تولّى ثالثة، ﵀. * * *
