٤٣٠٥ - الشيخ الفاضل محمد بن إسماعيل بن أحمد بن الحسين أبو يعلى، الخطيبي، البخاري * ذكره الإمام الحافظ عبد القادر القرشى في "الجواهر"، وقال: هو أحد الواردين لـ"بغداد" (¬١) للحج. كان فقيها (¬٢)، محقّقا. حدّث عن الحسين بن علي بن أحمد الفقيه البخاري الحنفي. سمع من هبة الله بن المبارك السَّقَطي، وذكره في "معجم شيوخه"، ذكره ابن النجّار. * * *
