٤٣٠٤ - الشيخ الفاضل محمد بن أسلم بن مسلمة ابن عبد الله بن المغيرة بن عمرو بن عوف الأزدي، أبو عبد الله * ذكره الإمام الحافظ عبد القادر القرشي في "الجواهر"، وقال: كان على قضاء "سمرقند" في أيام نصر بن أحمد الكبير (¬٢). مات في شهر ربيع الآخر سنة ثمان وستين ومائتين. من أقران الماتريدى، وأبي بكر محمد بن اليمان السمرقندي (¬٣). * * *
