٤٢٦٧ - الشيخ الفاضل محمد بن أحمد بن موسى الخازن، الرازي، القاضي * *ذكره الإمام الحافظ عبد القادر القرشي في "الجواهر"، وقال: قال السمعاني (¬١): فقيه الحنفية. كان قاضي "الري"، و"فرغانة"، و"هراة". سمع منه الحاكم. توفي بـ"فرغانة" قاضيا في شهر رمضان سنة ستين وثلاثمائة. قلت: هو الأول. ذكره السمعاني في "الخازن". وفي "اليَزْداذي" (¬٢) والظاهر أنه اعتقد أنهما اثنان، وهما رجل واحد، رحمه الله تعالى. * * *
