    ٤١٨٥ - الشيخ الفاضل محمد بن أحمد بن أحيد ابن الخطّاب اليوذي * ذكره الإمام الحافظ عبد القادر القرشي في "الجواهر"، وقال: روى عن طفيل (¬٤) بن زيد التميمي، وداود (¬٥) بن أبي داود. ذكره أبو العبّاس جعفر بن محمد المستغفري في "تاريخ نسف". وقال: وكان فقيها، فاضلا، ورعا، من علماء أصحاب الرأي.قال: وتوفي سنة ست وثلاثين وثلاثمائة، وذكره أبو سعد في باب اليوذي بضم الياء، وسكون الواو، وبعدها ذال معجمة، قال: هذه النسبة إلى "يوذى"، وقيل: "يوذه"، وقيل: في النسبة إليها يوذوي، وهي قرية من قرى "نسف". وقال: روى عنه محمد بن إسماعيل شيخ "غُنْجار" (¬١). * * *
