٤١٦٨ - الشيخ الفاضل محمد بن إبراهيم بن محمد بن أحمد بن محمد بن أحمد، عرف بالْوَاني، الإمام، المحدّث، أمين الدين * ذكره الإمام الحافظ عبد القادر القرشي في "الجواهر"، وقال: تفقّه يسيرا، وبرع في علم الحديث.مولده بـ "دمشق" تاسع عشر (¬١) جمادى الأولى سنة أربع وثمانين وستمائة. ومات في الحادي والعشرين من ربيع الأول سنة خمس وثلاثين وسبعمائة (¬٢) بـ "دمشق". سمع الكثير، وكتب الكثير (¬٣)، وحصَّل الأصول، والأجزاء، سمعت معه (¬٤) الكثير حين قدم علينا "القاهرة" (¬٥). * * *
