    ٤٠٧٢ - الشيخ الفاضل كُمَيل بضم الكاف بن جعفر بن كميل، الفقيه، الجرجاني، البكراباذي، رأس أصحاب أبي حنيفة في زمانه *ذكره الإمام الحافظ عبد القادر القرشي في "الجواهر"، وقال: روى الحديث عن أحمد بن يوسف البحيري، وغيره. توفي سنة ستّ وثلاثين وثلاثمائة. ذكره السمعاني، وقال (¬١): بفتح الباء الموحّدة، وسكون الكاف، وفتح الراء، والباء الموحّدة، وفي آخرها الذال المعجمة، هذه النسبة إلى محلة معروفة بـ "جرجان"، يقال لها: "بكراباذ" وقد ينسب إليها البكراوي (¬٢). * * *
