    ٣٩٠١ - الشيخ الفاضل الفضل بن غانم * ذكره الإمام الحافظ عبد القادر القرشي في "الجواهر"، وقال: ذكر في كتاب الكراهية عن أبي يوسف كان أبو حنيفة وابن أبي ليلى وشيبان يمزحون مِزَاحا كثيرا. وذكر في "البدائع" عن الفضل بن غانم سمعت أبا يوسف يقول: لا بأس أن يستأجر القاضي (¬١) رجلا مشاهرة على أن يضرب الحدود بين يديه، وإن كان غير مشاهرة، فالإجارة فاسدة (¬٢). * * *
