    ٣٧٩٣ - الشيخ الفاضل عناية الله بن عبد الستّار بن حاتم بن بدر الدين الحسينى، الواسطى، البلكرامي،أحد الفقهاء الحنفية * ذكره صاحب "نزهة الخواطر"، وقال: حفظ القرآن، وقرأ العلم على إسماعيل ابن قطب الحسيني البلكرامي، وبرع في الفقه والطبّ. قال البلكرامي: إنه كان علما مفردا في استخراج المسائل الفقهية، لم يزل يتطبّب، ويفتي، ويشتغل بمطالعة الكتب والدواوين. انتهت إليه رياسة الفتيا. توفي سنة عشرين ومائة وألف، كما في "مآثر الكرام". * * *
