    ٣٧٧٤ - الشيخ الفاضل عمرو بن مُهير الخصّاف الإمام والد الإمام أبي بكر أحمد (¬١) * تقدّم في حرف الألف (¬٢). ذكره الحافظ عبد القادر القرشي في "الجواهر المضية"، وقال: روى عن الحسن بن زياد عن أبي حنيفة إذا ارتشى القاضي فهو معزول، وإن لم يعزل. ذكره ابن أبي العوام القاضي في المناقب، وروى عنه ابنه أحمد. قال: حدّثني أبي عمرو بنْ مهير، ععت الحسن، قال قال أبو يوسف: أعلى ما يكون بالكلام أجهل ما يكون بالله ﷿. * * *
