٣٧٢٨ - الشيخ الفاضل عمر بن عبد العزيز بن محمد بن أحمد ابن هبة الله بن محمد بن هبة الله ابن أبي جرادة، قاضي القضاة كمال الدين أبو حفص ابن قاضي القضاة أبي البركات عبد العزيز بن محمد * وتقدّم في هذا الباب (¬١) ابن قاضى القضاة أبي الحسن أحمد وتقدم (¬٢). مولد عمر سنة ثلاث وسبعين وستمائة (¬٣). ولي قضاء "حلب" مدة، ودرّس بها. ومات بـ "حلب" في رابع عشر ذي الحجّة سنة عشرين وسبعمائة، وتولي بعده بـ"حلب" ولده قاضى القضاة ناصر الدين محمد، ويأتي (¬٤). * * *
