٣٦٨٦ - الشيخ الفاضل علي بن ظَبْيَان العَبْسي القاضي * ذكره الحافظ عبد القادر القرشي في "الجواهر المضية"، وقال: هو أحد الاثني عشر من أصحاب الإمام، الذين أشار إليهم (¬٣) في طبقة أبي يوسف ومحمد.مات بـ"قرميسين" (¬١) سنة اثنتين وتسعين ومائة. روى عنه أبوكريب محمد بن العلاء والشافعي في خلق، وسمع منه أيضًا ابن مَعين. روى له ابن ماجة في "سننه"، رحمه الله تعالى. * * *
