    ٣٦٧٠ - الشيخ الفاضل علي بن الحسين بن نصر بن خراسان ابن عبد الله البابَدَسْتاني * بالألف بين البائين الموحّدتين، وفتح الدال، وسكون السين المهملتين، وفتح التاء المنقوطة باثنتين من فوقها، وفي آخرها النون، نسبة إلى "باب دستان"، وهي معروفة بـ"سمرقند". ذكره الحافظ عبد القادر القرشي في "الجواهر المضية"، وقال: قال السمعاني: من الفقهاء الحنفية.كان فاضلا، راغبا (¬١) في العلم، ثقة. (¬٢) توفي بـ"سمرقند" في صفر سنة ثمان وستين وثلاثمائة، رحمه الله تعالى. * * *
