٣٦٤٩ - الشيخ الفاضل علي بن حرملة، كوفي * ذكره الحافظ عبد القادر القرشي في "الجواهر المضية"، وقال: ولي قضاء "بغداد" في أيام الرشيد بعد موت [محمد بن الحسن] (¬١). قال الخطيب: وكان من أصحاب أبي حنيفة، وأبي يوسف، رحمهما الله. وقد حدّث عن أبي يوسف، [عن أبى حنيفة] (¬٢). قال الخطيب: قال طلحة (¬٣): علي بن حرملة: مقدم في العلم، حسن المعرفة، وقد حمل عنه علم كثير، وحديث صالح وأخبار، وتقلّد قضاء القضاة، وكان مع هارون الرشيد بعد محمد بن الحسن، رحمه الله تعالى. * * *
