٣٦٤٢ - الشيخ الفاضل علي بن بندار قاضي القضاة أبو القاسم اليزدي * نسبة إلى "يزد" بفتح الياء المثناة التحتية، ثم الزاء المعجمة الساكنة، ثم الدال المهملة، من أعمال "اصطخر فارس" بين "أصبهان" و"كرمان".أخذ عن أبي جعفر القاضي، عن النسفي، عن الجصّاص أحمد الرازي، عن أبي الحسن الكرخي. وله "شرح الجامع الصغير" الذي رتّبه الحسن ابن أحمد الزعفراني، وأبو القاسم هذا جدّ والد جمال الدين اليزردي صاحب "التهذيب" شرح "الجامع الصغير". * * * آخر الجزء الثاني عشر ويليه الجزء الثالث عشر، وأوله: باب من اسمه علي بن تاج الدين، وجار الله. والحمد لله حق حمده
