    ٣٦٤٠ - الشيخ الفاضل علي بن بكر * ذكره الحافظ عبد القادر القرشي في "الجواهر المضية"، وقال: قال الأسبيجابي (¬١) في آخر "شرح مختصر الطحاوي" في آخر كتاب الكراهية (¬٢): وكان الإمام أبو الحسن علي بن بكر نشر هذه المسائل، وكان في نشرها وذكرها سابقا إمام كل عصر، وقوام كل دهر، إلا أنه لم يجعلها في تصنيف، ولم يجمعها في مؤلف (¬٣). وبعده الشيخ الفقيه الحافظ أحمد بن منصور المظفري المتوطن "سمرقند" أكرمه الله في الدارين جمعها على (¬٤) غاية من التطويل، وهو في كل ذلك مفيد، وفي جمعها مجيد، رحمة الله عليهما. * * *
