٣٦٢٣ - الشيخ الفاضل علي بن إبراهيم بن نصرويه بن سَخْتام السمرقندي، الخطيبي، أبو الحسن * * ذكره الحافظ عبد القادر القرشي في "الجواهر المضية"، وقال: توفي سنة إحدى وأربعين وأربعمائة (¬١). كذا رأيته بخطّ بعض أصحابنا. قال الخطيب: سألته عن مولده، فقال: في شعبان سنة خمس وستين وثلاثمائة. وحدّث بـ "بغداد" عن أبيه، وأخيه إسحاق. كتبنا عنه. وكان من أهل العلم، والتقدّم في الفقه على مذهب أبي حنيفة، ﵁.وقال السمعاني: توفي [بطريق "مكة"] (¬١) قريب "كربلاء" (¬٢) سنة أربعين وأربعمائة أو بعدها (¬٣). وأخوه إسحاق تقدّم (¬٤)، وأبوه إبراهيم تقدّم أيضا (¬٥). * * *
