٣٦٠١ - الشيخ الفاضل عقيل بن مصطفى الزويتيني الحلبي * * ذكره العلامة الزركلي في "الأعلام"، وقال: هو فقيه حنفي. كان يفتي في المذاهب الأربعة. تولى رياسة الكتاب في المحكمة الشرعية مدّة، ثم تركها، ولزم بيته. له "فتاوى عقيل"، مجلّدان، أنجزه سنة ١٢٦٧ هـ، رأيته بخطّه في المكتبة الأزهرية. ولم يذكره الطباخ في المكتبة المولوية بـ "حلب"، ضمن مجموع البلغاء، كتاب على ظاهره "تحفة البلغاء"، كتاب "راحة الأرواح في الحشيش والخمر والراح"، وهو في ١٣٥ صحيفة.توفي سنه ١٢٨٧ هـ. * * *
