٣٥٤٨ - الشيخ الفاضل عثمان بن يوسف بن أيوب الكاشْغري * ذكره الحافظ عبد القادر القرشي في "الجواهر المضية"، وقال: تفقّه على مذهب أبي حنيفة. سمع بـ "بغداد"، وتقدّم من الديوان في مهمّ إلى "دمشق" [في الأيام المستنجدية] (¬١) إلى نور الدين محمود بن زنكي، فحدّث بـ "دمشق". سمع منه الشيخ أبو عمر (¬٢)، محمد بن أحمد [بن قدامة، وأخوه عبد اللَّه شيخا الحنابلة، والحافظ عبد الغني بن عبد الواحد] (¬٣). مات بـ "واسط "في حدود سنة سبع وستين (¬٤)، وقد جاوز الستين. * * *باب من اسمه عثمان فقط
