٣٥٢٣ - الشيخ الفاضل عثمان بن أحمد بن محمد بن أحمد الخليلي الخُلْمي، المعروف بخطيب خُلم * ذكره الحافظ عبد القادر القرشي في "الجواهر المضية"، وقال: قال السمعاني: إمام، فقيه، فاضل، مفت، مناظر.ولي الخطابة بـ "بلخ"، وصار شيخ الإسلام بها. تفقّه على الإمام أبي بكر محمد بن أحمد بن علي القزاز، وسمع الحديث منه. كتب إليَّ الإجازةَ من "بلخ" بخطّه في ذي القعدة سنة تسع وعشرين وخمسمائة. وتوفي بعد هذا التاريخ. وتقدّم أبوه أحمد بن محمد الخُلْمي (¬١). * * *
