٣٤٨٩ - الشيخ الفاضل عُبَيْد اللَّه بن محمد بن عبد الجليل بن محمد بن الحسن السَّاوِيّ، أبو محمد بن أبي الفتح بن أبي سعد القاضي * ذكره التميمي في "طبقاته"، وقال: سمِع من أبي القاسم بن الحُصَيْن، وعبد الوَهَّاب الأنْماطِيّ. حَدَّث بكتاب "السُّنن" لأبي دارد، وكتاب "النَّسب" (¬١) للزُّبَيْر بن بَكَّار، عن أبي الحسين ابن الفَرَّاء. وسمع منه الحافظ عمر القُرَشِيُّ، وغيرُه. قال ابنُ النَّجَّار: وكان فقيهًا فاضلا على مذهب أبي حنيفة، رضي اللَّه تعالى عنه، عارفًا بالأحكام والقضايا، وَرِعًا، مُتديِّنًا، عفيفًا، نَزِهًا. تُوُفِّيَ، رحمه اللَّه تعالى، في سنة ستّ وتسعين وخمسمائة، عن ثلاث وثمانين سنة. * * *
