    ٣٤٨٨ - الشيخ الفاضل عُبَيْد اللَّه بن محمد بن طَلْحَة بن الحسن، أبو محمد الدَّامَغانِيّ * * ذكره التميمي في "طبقاته"، وقال: هو ابنُ أختُ قاضي القضاة أبي اللَّه محمد بن عليّ الدَّامَغانيّ. شَهِدَ عندَ خالِه، فقبِلَ شهادتَه، ثم وَلّاه القضاءَ بـ "رَبْعِ الكَرْخِ". وكان صالحًا، وَرِعًا، عفيفًا. سمع أبا القاسم علي بن المحَسِّن التَّنوخِيّ. وكان مَوْلِدُه بـ "دَامَغان". سنة ثلاث وعشرين وأربعمائة.ووفاته في صفَر، سنة اثنتين وخمسمائة، ودُفِنَ من الغَدِ بـ "مقبرة الخيزُران"، عند قبر أبي حنيفة. رضي اللَّه تعالى عنه. * * *
