٣٣٩٠ - العالم العامل والفاضل الكامل المولى عبد الواجد بن محمد بن محمد * ذكره صاحب "الشقائق النعمانية"، فقال: أتى ﵀ من بلاد العجم، وصار مدرّسا في مدرسة كوتاهية، وتلك. المدرسة تنسب إليه في عصرنا أيضًا. وكان عالما فاضلًا عالما بالعلوم الأدبية، بارعا في الفنون الشرعية والعقلية، عالما بالتفسير والحديث.شرح "كتاب النُّقاية" (¬١) شرحا حسنا، وأتى فيه بمسائل كثيرة مهمّة، فرغ من تأليفه في جادي الأولى سنة ستّ وثمانمائة. ورأيت له كتابا منظوما في علم الإسطرلاب، صنّفه لأجل حفظ مولانا محمد شاه بن المولى الفناري. وكان نظمه نظما بليغا في غاية الحسن، رأيته بخطّه المليح. * * *
