    ٣٣٤٢ - الشيخ الفاضل عبد الملك بن عبد الرحمن بن محمد بن أحمد السَّرْخَسِى أبو سعد * تقدَّم أبوه، وابنُه عبد الملك تفقَّه بأبيه. وأقام بـ "بغداد"، وقَبِلَ شهادتَه قاضي القضاة عبد الله ابن ماكُولا. قال ابنُ النَّجَّار: الفقيه، الحنفي، السَّرْخَسِيّ. أظُنُّه وُلِدَ بها، وكان والدُه مُقيما بها. ووَلىَ قضاءَ "البصرة"، ومَضى إليها. وحدَّث بها، وبـ "أصْبَهان". ومات بها سنة سبعين وأربعمائة في شوَّال. وسمع بـ "بغداد" هلال بن محمد الحَفَّار، وغيرَه، وبـ "نَيْسابور" أبا الحسن عليَّ بن محمد الطِرازِيّ. وحدَّث بـ "بغداد" عن والِده. وروَى عنه أبو الفضل بنُ خَيْرون، وغيرهُ.
