    ٣٢٥٥ - الشيخ الفاضل عبد الكريم الرُّوميِّ القادِرِيّ الملَقَّب بمُفتي شيخ * * ذكره التميمي في "طبقاته"، وقال: قرأ على المولَى بالي، المعروف بِقَرَابالِي، وعلى غيره من فُضلاء تلك الديار. ودأب، وحصَّل، وصار له في الفقه بَدٌ طُولَى، ومَهارةٌ زائدة. وجعله السُّلطان سليمان مُفْتيا بتلك الدِّيار. ثم اشْتغل بالعبادة، والوَعْظ، وغيره من أفْعالِ الخَير. وذكره في "الشقائق"، وبالَغ في الثَّناء عليه. وكانتْ وَفاتُه بعد الخمسين والتِّسعمائة (¬١). رحمه الله تعالى. * * *
