    ٣١٩٨ - الشيخ العالم الفقيه عبد القادر الرامبوري، مفتي المحكمة حالا * ذكره صاحب "نزهة الخواطر"، وقال: يعرف بمعرفة جزئيات الفقه والفتاوى. وهو رجل معمر، يذكره الناس بكلّ خير وصلاح من عدم قبول الرشوة والتداهن في الحكم. قال صاحب "نزهة الخواطر": ولكني سمعت محمد بن يوسف السورتي يقول: إنه لا رأي له، وهو لا يزال يتتبّع الخلاف، ولو من جانب بعض أعوانه، فانه قد أفتى غلطا في أحكام شتى، ثم روجع فلم يزل يصرّ عليه، حتى أفحم. انتهى. * * *
