    ٣١٨٥ - الشيخ الفاضل عبد القادر بن مصطفى بن عبد القادر البيساري الرافعي * * فقيه حنفي، من علماء الأزهر،ولد في "طرابلس الشام"، وتعلّم بـ "الأزهر". وعلت شهرتُه في فقه الحنفية، حتى كان يلقّب بأبي حنيفة الصغير. وترأس المجلس العلمي في المحكمة الشرعية بـ "القاهرة". وولي إفتاء "الديار المصرية" قبل وفاته بثلاثة أيام. وتوفي بـ "القاهرة". من كتبه: "تقرير على الدر المختار" فقه، و"تقرير على الأشباه والنظائر" أصول، و"جدول الأغلاط الواقعة في كتاب قرّة عيون الأخيار تكملة رد المحتار على الدر المختار". وقد جمع ابنه محمد رشيد الرافعي سيرته، وما قيل فيه، في كتاب "ترجمة حياة الشيخ عبد القادر الرافعي". * * *
