    ٣٠٢٧ - الشيخ الفاضل عبد الصمد بن عليّ، أبو نُعَيْم، الشِّيائِيّ، نِسبةٌ إلى "شِيا"، قَرية من قُرَى "بُخارَى"، لا إلى القبيلة المشهورة * قال السَّمعانِيّ: كان فقيها، صالحا. سمِع أبا شُعَيْبْ صالح بن محمد السِّنْجارِيّ، وأبا القاسم علي بن أحمد الخُزاعِيّ. وذكره الذَّهبي، في باب الشِّيائِيّ، وقال: شيخُ الحنفية. مات، رحمه الله تعالى سنة أربع وأربعمائة (¬١). * * *
