    ٣٠٢٥ - الشيخ الفاضل عبد الصمد بن عبد الملك بن عليّ بن أحمد بن موسي،أبو سعيد * ذكره التميمي في "طبقاته"، وقال: هو من أهل "نَيْسابور"، سمع بها، وحدَّث بشيء يسيرٍ. قال السَّمعانِيّ في حَقِّه: رجل مشهور، نَبيلٌ، ثِقةٌ، من أصحاب أبي حنيفة. ورَد "بغداد"، حاجًا، فمرِض، ومات بها قبلَ خُروجه إلى الحجّ، في تاسع عشر شوَّال، سنة خمس وثمانين وأربعمائة. رحمه الله تعالى. * * *
