    ٢٧٦٩ - الشيخ الفاضل عبد الخالق بن عبد الحميد بن عبد الله أبو الفضائل، الوَبَرِيّ، الخُوارَزْمِيّ، الضّرير، الفقيه * ذكره التميمي في "طبقاته"، وقال: قال أبو بكر ابن الشَّعَّار في "عقود الجمان": كان من رُؤَساء أصحاب أبي حنيفة وأئمَّتهم، رضي الله تعالى عنهم، عالما، مُناظرا، مُتكلِّما، أصوليًّا. وإليه كانت الفَتْوَى والتَّدْريس بـ "خُوارَزْم"، حافظا للفِقْه والأشْعار، أُسْتاذا، يُشار إليه فى الفُنون الأدبية (¬١). رحمه الله تعالى. * * *
