    ٢٧٥٣ - الشيخ الفاضل مولانا عبد الحي بن المنشئ علي رجاء الفينوي * *ولد سنة ١٣٥٠ هـ تقريبا في قرية "رحمت بور" من أعمال "فيني". قرأ مبادئ العلم في بيته، ثم سنة ١٣٥٦ هـ التحق بمدرسة منشيرهات، وقرأ فيها إلى "مشكاة المصابيح"، ثم سافر إلى "جاتجام"، والتحق بالمفتي الأعظم فيض الله، رحمه الله تعالى، وأقام عنده ثلاث سنين، وتخرّج عليه ثم سافر إلى دار العلوم سنة ١٤٠٠ هـ. بايع في الطريقة على يد المفتي الأعظم فيض الله رحمه الله تعالى، وحصل له الإجازة منه. وتوفي سنة ١٤٢٨ هـ، ودفن في المقبرة الفيضية بجوار مدرسة معين العلوم بـ "كاتْكَر". * * *
