    ٢٧٠٢ - الشيخ الفاضل عبد الحكيم الأفغاني القندهاري * فقيه، حنفى، ورع، من الزهّاد. ولد سنة ١٢٥١ هـ، وسكن بـ "دمشق"، وتوفي بها سنة ١٣٢٦ هـ. كان يأكل من عمله، ولا يقبل من أحد شيئا. وعرف الناس فضله، فأقبلوا على تلقّي الفقه والحديث عنه. له شروح وحواش تدلّ على علم وتحقيق، منها: "كشف الحقائق"، شرح به "الكنز" في فقه الحنفية، جزآن، و"شرح الشاطبية"، و"حاشية على شرح البخاري"، وحواش وتعليقات على "الهداية"، وعلى "حاشية ابن عابدين"، و"شرح المنار"، وحاشية على "تفسير النسفي" (¬١). * * *
