٢٦٦١ - الشيخ الفاضل عبد الجبار * * ذكره التميمي في "طبقاته"، وقال: هو أحدُ مَن عَزَا إليه صاحبُ "القُنْية".قال في "الجواهر": لا أدْرِي أهو أحدُ المذكُورَيْنِ قبلَه أم غيرُهما (¬١). حكَى عنه في "القُنية": لو زَنَى بامْرأةٍ تَحْرُمُ عليه بِنْتُها من الرَّضاع، وهي مَنْصوصة. انتهى. * * *
