    ٢٦٥٢ - الشيخ الفاضل عبد الجَبّار بن أحمد بن أحمد بن الحسن بن محمد، ابن اليَمَان بن الفَتْح، أبو يَعْلَى بن أبي عبد الله الدِّينارِيّ الفقيه * *ذكره التميمي في "طبقاته"، وقال: قال ابنُ النَّجَّار: كانتْ ولادته سنة تسعٍ وخمسين وثلاثمائة. وقال أبو سعد محمد بن الحُسين في كتاب "أخْبَار الشعراء" (¬١): فيه فَضائلُ، مِن دَرْس القرَآن وتأوِيْلِه، والمعْرفةِ بالفقه، ورِوايةِ الأخْبَار، وحِفْظِ الأشْعار. وكان يَميلُ إلى مذهب أبي حنيفة، ويعْتَمِدُ على أكثر أقْوالِه، إلا أنَّه كان يتخيَّرُ أقْوالَ الفقهاء، وينْحو نحوَ الاعْتزال. سامَحَه الله تعالى. * * *
