    ٢٥٨٣ - الشيخ الفاضل عبد الله بن يوسف بن أحمد بن الحسين بنسليمان بن فَزَارةَ بن بدر الدين بن محمد بن يوسف، أبو الفتح ابن قاضي القضاة جمال الدين أبي المحاسِن ابن قاضي القضاة شرف الدين، المعروف بابن الكفري * ذكره التميمي في "طبقاته"، وقال: ولد بـ "دمشق" وسمع جماعة من علمائها، وتفقَّه بوالده وغيره، وبرعَ في الفقه، والأصول، والعربية وغير ذلك. وتَولَّى قضاءَ الحنفية بـ "دمشق"، هو وأبوه، وجدُّه، وأخوه، زين العابدين عبد الرحمن، المكَنَّى بأبي هُرَيْرَة. وكان مَشْكورَ السِّيرة، محمودَ الطريقة في أحْكامِه، وكان من بيت علمٍ وفضلٍ ورياسة. مات في ذي الحجّة، سنة ثلاث وثمانمائة. رحمه الله تعالى. * * *
