    ٢٥٣٧ - الشيخ الفاضل عبد الله بن محمد بن بُدَيْل، أبو بكر، المعروف بالأشْقَر البُدَيْلِيّ، الفقيه الفاضل * ذكره التميمي في "طبقاته"، وقال: قال السَّمعانِيّ: شيخُ الحنفية بـ "بُخارَى"، كثيرُ الحديث. تُوُفِّيَ سنة ثلاث وأربعين وثلاثمائة. وسمع من الإمام أحمد بن مَنْدَه. وذكره الحكمُ في "تاريخ نَيْسابور"، وقال: شيخُ أصحاب أبي حنيفة في عصرِه بـ "بُخارَى"، وأكثرُهم تَعَصُّبا في المذهب. وكان كثيرَ الحديث، صحيحَ السماع، ورَد "نَيْسابور" رسولا من الأمير ابن قَراتَكين، في سنة أربعين وثلاثمائة، وكان إذ ذاك أبو أحمد المَرْوَزِيّ الحنفيّ عَلَى قضاء "نَيْسابور"، فأنزلَه في دارِه. * * *
