٢٥١٣ - الشيخ الفاضل عبد الله بن علي أبو عبد الله تاج الدين، المعروف بقاضي منصور * * ولد بـ "سجستان" سنة ٧٢٢ هـ، ونظم "المختار" في الفقه، و"السراجية" في الفرائض، وله "البحر الجاري" في الفتاوى، جمع فيه المذاهب للأئمة الأربعة: أبي حنيفة، ومالك، والشافعي، وأحمد. مات سنة ثلاثمائة.قلت: ذكر صاحب "الكشف" أن "البحر" في الفتاوى لتاج الدين عبد الله بن علي البخاري المتوفى سنة ٧٩٩ هـ. انتهى. * * *
