    ٢٤٢٢ - الشيخ الفاضل عَبَّاس بن أحمد بن محمد بن عيسى بن الأزْهَر، أبو خُبَيْبِ ابن القاضي البَرْتِيِّ * ذكره التميمي في "طبقاته"، وقال: تفقَّه على أبيه المتقدّم في مَحَلِّه. وروَى عنه، وسمع من عبد الأعْلَى النَّرْسِيِّ، وسَوَّار بن عبد الله العَنْبَرِيِّ، أبي بكر ابن أبي شَيْبَة. وروى عنه أبو بكر الشافعِيُّ، وعبد العزيز بن أبي صابر، عمر بن شاهين، وابن المقْرِي، وآخرُون. وأثْنَى عليه بعضُ الحُفّاظ. ومات في شوَّال، سنة ثمان وثلاثمائة. رحمه الله تعالى. * * *
