    ٢٤٢١ - الشيخ الفاضل عَبّاد بن مُشَكان، القاضي مِن أهل "الكوفة" * ذكره التميمي في "طبقاته"، وقال: وَليَ قضاء "أصْبهان" بعدَ أبي هانِئ. وكان أيُّوبُ بن زِياد، والى "أصبَهان، يَبْعَثُ بأولاده إلى مجلسِه. حكى محمد بن أيُّوب المذكور، قال: بَعَثَنِي أبي إلى "الكوفة"، اكتبُ الحديثَ، فقال لي شريك بن عبد الله القاضي: مَنْ يَتَوَلَّى القضاءَ ببلدِكم؟ قلتُ: عَبَّاد بن مُشكان. قال: بِقَوْلِ مَنْ يقول؟ قلتُ بقول أبي حنيفة. وفي رواية، قال بقول مَنْ يَقْضِي؟ قلتُ: بقول أبي حنيفة (¬١). رحمه الله تعالى. * * *
