    ٢٤٠٦ - الشيخ الفاضل ظَهيرةُ بن حسين بن علي بن أحمد بن عطيَّة بن ظَهيرةَ القُرَشِيُّ المكِّي * وُلِد ظَنًّا في سنة تسع وأربعين وسبعمائة. وسمع من العِزِّ ابن جماعة، والموَفَّق الحَنْبلِيّ، وغيرهما. وأجاز له جماعة، منهم: أبو الفضل القلاشي، والخِلاطِيّ، وغيرهما. وحدَّث، وسمع منه الحُفَّاظ، كالحافظ ابن حَجَرٍ، وغيره. ومات في سنة تسع عشرة وثمانمائة (¬١)، رحمه الله تعالى. * * *
