٢٣٩٤ - الشيخ الفاضل القاضي طيّب بن القاضي قطب الدين محمد درويش بن محمد أفضل بن عاشق محي الدين العبّاسي، الجرياكوتي ثم الموي الإله آبادي * أحد الفقهاء الحنفية. ذكره صاحب "نزهة الخواطر"، وقال: تولّى القضاء بـ "فتحبور" مدّة، ثم سكن ببادية كانت على عشرة أميال من "إله آباد" (¬١)، وعمّرها، وهي التي يسمّونها "مؤ قاضي طيّب"، نسبة إليه، واليوم بلدة عامرة من أعمال "إله آباد". * * *
