    ٢٣٢٩ - الشيخ الفاضل صدر الدين بن القاضى داود الجشتي، الإله آبادي،المشهور بالقاضى كهاسي * ذكره صاحب "نزهة الخواطر"، وقال: كان والده قاضيا بمدنية "إله آباد". فلما توفي أبوه ترك القضاة، واشتغل بالعلم، وأخذ الفقه عن الشيخ محبّ الله الإله آبادي بعد فراغه من البحث والاشتغال. وهو أول من بايع الشيخ محبّ الله المذكور، فلازمه مدّة حياته، وتولى الشياخة بعده. أخذ عنه الشيخ قطب الدين بن عبد الحليم الأنصاري السهالوي، كما في "بحر زخّار". وهو توفي إلى رحمة الله سبحانه في أيام عالمغير، كما في "الرسالة القطبية". * * *
