    ٢٣٢١ - الشيخ الفاضل صالح التَّرْجمُانِيّ * ذكره التميمي في "طبقاته"، وقال: سُئِل عن رَجل قيل له: إنّك تَدْخلُ على فُلانة في دار فُلان، وتُجامِعُها فيها. فحلَف، وقال: إن دخلتُ تلك الدار لفُلانة فامرأته طالق ثلاثا. فلو دخل تلك الدارَ لأمر آخر، لا لتلك المرأة، أيحنَثُ في يَمينه، أم لا؟ فقال: لا. كذا في "الجواهر"، من غير زيادة. والله تعالى أعلم. * * *
