٢٣٠٠ - الشيخ الفاضل صاعد بن عبد الرحمن بن سالم بن عبد الجبّار ابن محمد بن على بن محمدقاضي "ساريَة مازَنْدَرَان"* (¬١) ذكره التميمي في "طبقاته"، وقال: قال أبو سعد: وُلِد في صفر، سنة تسع وستين وأربعمائة. وتفقَّه بـ"بُخارَى" على القاضى أبي سعيد بن [أبي] (¬٢) الخَطّاب. وسمع بها من أبي سَهْل محمود بن محمد بن إسماعيل الخطيب، وغيره. مات سنة نَيِّف وخمسمائة. روى عنه أبو سعد السَّمْعانِيّ. وذكره في "الخَيْزُرَانيّ" بفَتح الخاء، وسكون الياء، وضمِّ الزاي، وفَتْح الراء، وبعد الألف نُون. * * *
