    ٢١٩٩ - مولانا الفاضل الكبير شاكر محمد بن وجه الدين الدهلوي*. أحد كبار العلماء. ذكره صاحب "نزهة الخواطر"، وقال: كان من نسل الشيخ عبد العزيز بن الحسن الجشتي. ولد، ونشأ بـ"دهلي". وقرأ العلم على الشيخ العلامة عبد الحق بن سيف الدين البخاري الدهلوي، ولازمه ملازمة طويلة، حتى برع في العلم والمعرفة، وتصدّر للتدريس، وانتهت إليه رياسة العلم والتدريس بـ"دهلي". وكان شاهجهان التيموري سلطان "الهند" يعظّمه. مات في آخر شعبان سنة ثلاث وستين وألف، وأرّخ لعام وفاته كمال محمد السنبهلي "شيخ فاني بود"، ذكره في "الأسرارية". * * *
