    ٢١٩٧ - الشيخ الفاضل شاذان بن إبراهيم*. في "طبقات التميمي": ذكره الخاصِيّ في "فَتاويه"، وذكر عنه أن المرأة إذا ارْتَدَّتْ لم تَبِنْ من زَوْجها. ومن اختياره: أن الغسل يجب بخُرُوج المنِيّ كيف ما كان، ولم يَعْتَبِر الدَّفْقَ والشهوة. وذكره عنه في "القنية" في مَجوسِيّ أَسْلَم، وتحتَه أخْتُه: لا تَبينُ. قال: وكذا عن أبي نصر الدّبوسيِ، رحمه الله تعالى. * * *
