٢١٨٤ - الشيخ الفاضل سَيّار بن يحيى بن محمد بن إدريس، أبو عمرو، الكِنانِيّ الهَرَويّ والدُ أبي العلاء صاعد* *. ذكره التميمي في "طبقاته"، فقال: سمع إبراهيم بن محمد بن يَزْداد الرّازيّ؛ بـ"بُخارَى"، وعبد الرحمن بن محمد الإدْريسِيّ، وغيرهما، وسَماعاته قبلَ الأرْبعمائة.روَى عنه جماعة، منهم ابناه: القاضي أبو العلاء صاعد، والقاضي أبو الفتح نَصْر، وسيأتي كلٌّ منهما في بابه (¬١)، إن شاء الله تعالى. ولما تُوُفِّيَ خَلَفه ابنُه نصرٌ في القضاء والتَّدْريس والفَتْوَى. ولما قُتِل نصر مظلوما خلَفه أخوه أبو العلاء، وطالت أيّامه. مات سَيّار سنة إحدى وثلاثين وأربعمائة، والله تعالى أعلم. * * *
