    ٢٠٩٥ - الشيخ القارئ المقرئ سعيد الرحمن بن أمجد علي الكُمِلائيِّ*. ولد سنة ١٣٣٤ هـ في قرية "بَرَات" من مضافات "دَبِيْدَر" من أعمال " كملا ". قرأ مبادئ العلم في قريته، ثم اختار صحبة الشيخ مولانا عتيق الرحمن، وكان عنده مدة مديدة، ثم التحق بمدرسة غَنِيْغَيرْ، وقرأ فيها "مشكاة المصابيح"، ثم ارتحل إلى "جاندبور"، وتمهَّر في علم التجويد وعلم القراءات. وصنّف "التعليقات على شرح الجزري" في علم القراءات.توفي يوم الجمعةِ ١٤١٦ هـ، ودفن بعد أن صلي على جنازته في مقبرة آبائه. * * *
