    ١٩١٧ - الشيخ الفاضل مولانا رفعت القاسمي بن الشيخ شمس الحق الصدّيقي، أحد من فضلاء دار العلوم ديوبند *. ولد سنة ١٣٧٢ هـ، وأتم حفظ القرآن الكريم سنة ١٣٨٨ هـ، وقرأ فاتحة الفراغ في دار العلوم ديوبند ١٣٩٥ هـ، ثم التحق بقسم التفسير سنة ١٣٩٦ هـ، وأكمل. واشتغل مدرّسا سنة ١٣٩٦ هـ بقسم تحفيظ القرآن الكريم بدار العلوم ديوبند، وصنّف عدة كتب، منها: "مسائل إمامت"، و"مسائل تراويح"، و"مسائل زكاة"، و"مسائل اعتكاف"، و"مسائل نماز جمعه"، و"مسائل عيدين وقرباني"، و"مسائل شب براءت وشب قدر"، و"مسائل خفين"، و"مسائل آداب وملاقات"، و"مجموعه خطبه مأثوره". * * *
