    ١٨٦٦ - الشيخ الفاضل رافع بن عبد اللَّه بن نصر بن سليمان أبو المعالي، القاضي *. تفقّه على الإمام برهان الدين أبي الحسن على البلخي (¬١)، وحدّث عنه بـ "أماليه" التي أملاها بـ "حلب".روى عنه الحافظ عبد القادر الرهاوي. قال ابن العديم: حدّثنا عنه الفقيهان؛ إبراهيم بن عبد الرحمن، وأبو بكر بن عثمان، المنبِجِيان. قال: وولي القضاء بـ "منبج"، وكان فقيهًا حنفيًا، ورعًا، ودرّس الفقه بمدرسة "منبج". ومات سنة اثنتين وستمائة. رحمه اللَّه تعالى. * * *
